We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our busy restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing excellent service, a keen eye for detail, and outstanding leadership skills.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and train staff to uphold our high standards of service.
• Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure quality.
• Assist in financial tasks to maximize profitability.
  
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of two years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

• Fast-paced, high-volume restaurant setting.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
