Head of Growth & Operations - Lead High Potential Start-up

Working with the founders, Cloda is seeking an ambitious new Head of Growth & Operations to establish our brand in Ireland and help us expand internationally. In this senior leadership role, you’ll engage with live clients and prospects from day one, collaborate with the board to shape strategy, and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure our continued growth and success.

This role will suit someone with 3 - 5 years experience and wants to jump into the deep end. Boatloads of opportunity but plenty of work to be done.

You will possess the following attributes:

Bonus territory if you have:

●      Worked in a growing start-up / scale-up before 🌱

●      Are familiar with CMS tools such as Shopify ⌨

●      A degree in business, marketing, or any related discipline 🎓

●      Experience working with chat apps, chatbots, LLMs 🤖
