General Manager - Daytime Luxury Catering - €65k +

We are currently recruiting for an experienced General Manager for our client, a leading food services provider for a luxury corporate catering unit based in Dublin City Centre.

Location: Dublin 2

Salary: €65k plus bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday

Key Requirements:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of service
• Manage and train staff, fostering a positive work environment
• Continuously strive to improve customer experience
• Enhance the profit and growth of the business by providing strategic leadership
• Ensure all budgets are managed in line with the client’s requirements, monthly forecasting and to take actions where necessary.

• Working closely with the Head Chef to ensure a smooth-running food operation / menu planning.
• Development and upkeep of SOPs

The Ideal Candidate:

• 5 years experience in a similar role
• Experience with 5 star hotels or high end corporate catering.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
