Are you an analytical expert with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and managing commercial conditions? As an O2C Order & Commercial Conditions Senior Analyst at Sanofi, you will play a crucial role in managing order processing and commercial conditions for our Consumer Healthcare business across Europe and the MEA region. Your expertise will drive operational excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer customer orders to achieve agreed order cycle time and perfect order ratio.
Investigate and resolve invoice disputes or discrepancies by coordinating with relevant departments.
Maintain and update commercial agreements and conditions in the contracting tool.
Troubleshoot technical issues on different order entry/invoicing channels.
Request maintenance of master data fields linked to customer interfaces.
Identify process improvement opportunities through elimination of redundant activities.
Have language proficiencies in English and Italian (both written and verbal).
Have a strong understanding of E2E Order to Cash processes, customer service mindset, and knowledge of order processing and customer service/contract management.
Have knowledge of order processing and customer service/contract management or similar
Be hands-on with SAP (preferably S4 Hana) and Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel. Experience with Optical Character Recognition solutions is advantageous.
Be an excellent problem-solving, analytical, and financial acumen. Ability to interact diplomatically with internal stakeholders.
Be able to show that you are self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. A team player with a collaborative mindset.
