Information Technology Procurement Manager

Designation: Manager - IT Procurement

Location: Gurgaon (On-site)

Key Deliverables / KPIs / Matrices:

• Ensure purchasing strategies and processes are aligned with business objectives and operational needs (price, quality, and delivery targets) to enable effective market competition.
• Establish and enforce IT procurement policies, define scalable processes, and strengthen compliance frameworks.
• Lead the entire IT Capex and Opex spend for the group.
• Manage the sourcing team, develop sourcing strategies, lead large-scale negotiations, and manage strategic vendor relationships.
• Drive IT planning and budgeting processes on a quarterly basis.
• Oversee the day-to-day procurement operations, including Source-to-Contract and Requisition-to-Pay cycles, ensuring efficiency and value generation for IT.
• Act as a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for IT vendor negotiations, vendor selection, PO releases, and ensuring timely payments.
• Develop and maintain a supplier relationship management and evaluation process to ensure supplier performance and compliance.
• Handle partner payment issues proactively and ensure their timely resolution.
• Drive IT cost reduction initiatives and business process improvements.
• Ensure strict adherence to the Company's Spend & Transaction Policy.
• Conduct all procurement and vendor management activities with the highest ethical and professional standards.

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in IT Procurement and Financial Diligence.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent planning, research, and organizational abilities.
• Deep knowledge of vendor networks across multiple locations for faster procurement cycles.
• Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and growing startup environment.
• Proficient in procurement technical tools like SAP or equivalent ERP platforms.
• Strong exposure and experience in IT product procurement and vendor negotiations.
• Team management and leadership skills.
