Our client is currently seeking German speakers who are willing to work remote from any place in Greece.

• Recruitment Process: Easy online recruitment process (phone call interview)
• No Experience Needed: Previous experience is not required. What matters are your language skills and willingness to learn new things!
• Work 8h a day (Monday- Sunday 08.00-21.00)

About the project: You will be working for an online platform that allows users to make reservations for accommodations, flights, car rentals, and other travel services.

Your Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Follow escalation policies and procedures
• Log calls/cases from customers into the customer relationship database
• Assist with account management and billing
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams

What you will need:

• Fluent level of German (at least C1)
• Good level of English (at least B2)
• Communication skills
• Enthusiasm and a desire to learn new things
• Eligibility to work in Greece (EU citizenship or full rights to work in Greece)
• You need to be in Greece or open for permanent relocation there - with our excellent relocation package!
