Financial Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team.

As a Financial Analyst you will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and supporting strategic financial decisions across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance of logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, etc.
• Support budgeting procedure and complete financial models for the organization’s activities.
• Prepare variance analysis and provide explanations for deviations versus budget and last year’s performance.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes including preparation of accruals and annual provisions.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for senior leadership contributing to strategic planning and decision making.
• Ensure compliance of accounting journals with the company’s Chart of Accounts and internal processes.
• Collaborate with accounting and other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and data transparency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Finance`or MBA will be considered a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, experience in D365 will be considered a plus.
• Advanced business writing and verbal communication skills in English.
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communicator with ability to present complex data clearly.
