We are currently looking for customer service teleoperators with English and Spanish to join our team for our Senior's Protection Emergency Central in our offices in Cornellà de Llobregat (Barcelona).
Your duties:
Tend to Telecare (Teleasistencia) alerts from our English and Spanish-speaking customers and distinguish between a real emergency and a false alarm. This allows us to implement the protocols and carry out the procedures established for their correct management, while giving a satisfactory response in the most efficient way to our customers!
