Working Student (m/f/d) Corporate IT Tools and Processes

You have passion for structuring processes effectively and have already gained first knowledge on Project Management, Agile Frameworks and relevant tools? Your Tasks

• Assist in monitoring application performance and contribute to tool evaluations and efficiency improvements.
• Assist in creating structured documentation and knowledge bases for business applications.
• Support stakeholder management, including user training and onboarding for business applications.
• Assist in handling service desk requests, including permissions management, feature requests, bug fixes, and incidents.

Your Profile

• Enrolled student in computer science, industrial engineering, business informatics or similar
• Basic understanding of Project management
• Basic familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence.
• Ability to create structured guides and documentation.
• Basic Script Programming knowledge (Javascript, bash/powershell, Phyton, html)
• Very good communication skills in German and English (both at least B2, one at C1/2 level)
