Intern (m/f/d) Hardware-In-The-Loop Electronics Engineering

Our guidance, navigation and control department is searching for a motivated Intern (m/f/d) Hardware-In-The-Loop Electronics Engineering. You enjoy working in a dedicated, dynamic and international environment that aims for high-performance engineering solutions in aerospace technology? Then apply for us.

Your Tasks

• Design, develop and build test platforms to effectively test avionics systems
• Design hardware to enable testing in a hardware-in-the-loop (HITL, HIL) environment
• Simulate, test and commission printed circuit boards
• Work on embedded software capable of managing high bandwidth data
• Work on integration and debugging of avionics hardware
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Current student in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering or related discipline
• Fluent in spoken and written English (all day-to-day activities will be conducted in English)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomous and challenging environment
• Successfully completed at least one Hardware project with Altium or KiCAD
• Knowledge of serial bus interfaces like I2C, SPI and CAN
• Experience in working with electrical testing equipment (e.g. oscilloscopes, power supplies, etc.)
• Ability to work hands-on with avionics and IT hardware
• Ideally familiar with mechanical CAD tools
