Responsibilities:
Business Development: Responsible for the Munich and surrounding markets to develop new customers. Client Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Strategic Planning: Develop strategies to retain customers and expand our services, in line with the latest industry trends. Project Oversight: Lead photovoltaic projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality and timeliness. Industry Expertise: Stay ahead in the photovoltaic sector, offering top-notch advice to our clients. Negotiation and Contracts: Skillfully negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
German and English can be used as work language. Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in solar fields, experience with EPC、C&I is preferred. 5-10 years of experience with Sales. Proven experience in customer management, with a focus on the photovoltaic or renewable energy industry. Strong understanding of photovoltaic technologies, project management, and customer service principles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
