YOUR MISSION
Supervise and develop a team of artists, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for growth
Set and maintain the art direction across the franchise, ensuring consistency and alignment with product goals
Optimize workflows and improve organizational structures to enhance efficiency in art production
Motivate, empower, and support the team, addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution
Act as a key liaison between the art team and other departments, including Heads of Product and stakeholders
Advise on hiring and team structure, supporting recruitment and replacement decisions to ensure a strong art team
Manage outsourcing pipelines, ensuring smooth collaboration with external partners and maintaining quality standards
YOUR BACKSTORY
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in game art production, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role
Strong understanding of art direction, composition, color theory, and asset production for games
Familiarity with art pipelines, Unity engine, and outsourcing workflows
Proven ability to mentor, motivate, and manage teams, with excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
Comfortable working with product teams, designers, and developers, balancing creative vision with production constraints
A proactive mindset with a structured approach to optimizing workflows and overcoming challenges
