Fleet Management Specialist / Intern

About the Role:

You will assist our team in various administrative and operational tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fleet operations within a dynamic and supportive environment. You will collaborate with different departments, gaining insights into the complexities of managing a diverse vehicle fleet.

Main Responsibilities

• Support in managing the entire process of company cars, including various types such as Company Cars, Employee Cars, Press Fleet, Marketing Fleet, and Key Account Fleet etc.
• Assist the BYD European Demo Car Team with various tasks in Germany.
• Coordinate with both internal departments (such as vehicle procurement and disposition) and external entities (such as vehicle registration, insurance, and charging card providers).
• Collaborate with the team to plan and organize events.
• Handle daily administrative tasks such as managing documents, vehicle keys, and charging cards.
• Responsible for checking vehicles in and out of the pool.
• Create evaluations and reports by using Excel.
• Other ad-hoc tasks.
  
  

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Interest in fleet management and operational efficiency.
• Fluent in English and German; Chinese a plus.
• Class B driving license.
