The Department

You will join an HR team focused on transforming Welltec HR into a more modern and strategic function. We are a small, fun-loving team that values knowledge sharing, open communication, and collaboration, fostering an excellent team spirit.

The Position

As our HR Advisor, you will manage employee lifecycle activities to support our organization. You will also develop internal HR processes and serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from Welltec colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support our HR Manager with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Lead recruitment processes from start to finish.
  • Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers, including policy advice.
  • Contribute to global HR initiatives and improvements.
  • Manage HR data quality and transactions in our HR system.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Continuously optimize HR workflows and practices.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in your areas of responsibility.
  • Assist with annual HR activities, projects, and recruitment efforts.
  • Handle administrative tasks and HR development projects.
  • Maintain and develop our Employee Handbook, templates, and HR Intranet.

The Candidate

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A passion for HR administration with proven operational support experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence navigating various HR systems and supporting stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to routine and development tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, service-mindedness, and responsiveness.
  • Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude towards improvements.
