WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT FOR US
As a global leader in our space, Simcorp is on a mission to transform from a traditional enterprise software company into a technology-enabled services business, while sustaining our track record of double-digit highly profitable growth. To further support, enable and drive this journey we're transitioning to a horizontal delivery model, aligned to client outcomes and are now recruiting for a Head of Transformation & Business Management to lead the transformation program and to manage the ongoing business operational activities.
The ‘Transformation’ element of this role is new, and the ‘Business Management ‘component is currently delivered by a team that covers business operations, business planning, business intelligence, and management of business tools. This function will provide strategic and administrative support to the Operations business unit delivering our SaaS solution.
As Head of Transformation & Business Management, you will be a key member of the Operations organization Senior Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer.
