Keepit is on an exciting growth journey, and we are seeking an experienced, results-oriented Sales Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver a high-quality recruiting experience while identifying, attracting, and hiring top-performing sales professionals to help fuel our growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with sales leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for sales roles (SDRs, AEs, Account Managers, etc.)

Source passive and active candidates through a variety of channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, etc.)

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and culture fit

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience

Track metrics and provide regular reporting on recruiting performance (time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.)

Stay up-to-date on sales hiring trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Help build and maintain a strong employer brand that resonates with sales professionals
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a sales recruiter with a focus on sales or GTM (go-to-market) roles

Strong understanding of the sales function and what makes a successful sales candidate

Excellent sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement skills.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment

Experience in rapidly growing SaaS organization a major plus
