The Senior Counsel will support the strategy and daily operations of the Europe Data Protection Office (DPO Office) and the Open Banking Privacy Team. Reporting to the Head of the DPO Office and the Senior Managing Counsel for Open Banking, this role involves ensuring privacy compliance, engaging with authorities and stakeholders, and applying complex data laws, especially GDPR. Familiarity with Payments Services rules related to Open Banking is essential, and the candidate should be comfortable analyzing new technologies.
