At MAN Energy Solutions’ Retrofit Department we’re on lookout for ambitious Student Assistant to support our Document Controller and take on vital administrative tasks. You will play an important role in:

• Support our document controller in documentation handling
• Help draft and mapping out business processes
• Assist executing priority tasks and ad hoc assignments
• Help generate weekly/ monthly reports

We imagine that you:

• You are a team player, independent, and motivated learner
• Has eyed on detail with good time management
• Knowledge in SAP, Visio and SharePoint is of high advantages but not a requirement
• You are experienced user of Microsoft Office package specially Excel on proficient level
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, verbally as well as writing
