Accountabilities:

• Lead strategic initiatives and project teams to design and implement care transformation programs
• Oversee system and market assessments, developing robust business cases using financial models and data analysis
• Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders on strategic planning and operational execution
• Disseminate findings through reports, presentations, and communications to internal and external audiences
• Develop clinical and operational strategies to enhance provider engagement and population health management
• Leverage market insights to inform business development and care delivery decisions

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business, Health Administration, Public Health, or a related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting or 2 years managing major, cross-functional healthcare initiatives
• Proven success leading strategic projects independently and within diverse team environments
• Deep understanding of healthcare systems, population health, and value-based care models
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to both lay and professional audiences
• Experience in healthcare operations, innovation strategy, or care team enablement
• Demonstrated ability to break down complex challenges into clear, executable steps
