Director of Strategy & Operations, Care Transformation in the
United States.
This leadership role is an exciting opportunity to drive innovative care transformation strategies across diverse populations. As Director of Strategy & Operations, Care Transformation, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that influence healthcare delivery models, equity-driven improvements, and population health outcomes. You'll be responsible for strategic planning, program evaluation, operational design, and team leadership in a remote-first, high-growth environment. Accountabilities:
- Lead strategic initiatives and project teams to design and implement care transformation programs
- Oversee system and market assessments, developing robust business cases using financial models and data analysis
- Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders on strategic planning and operational execution
- Disseminate findings through reports, presentations, and communications to internal and external audiences
- Develop clinical and operational strategies to enhance provider engagement and population health management
- Leverage market insights to inform business development and care delivery decisions
- Promote equity and innovation in all aspects of care model transformation
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business, Health Administration, Public Health, or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in management consulting or 2 years managing major, cross-functional healthcare initiatives
- Proven success leading strategic projects independently and within diverse team environments
- Deep understanding of healthcare systems, population health, and value-based care models
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present to both lay and professional audiences
- Experience in healthcare operations, innovation strategy, or care team enablement
- Demonstrated ability to break down complex challenges into clear, executable steps
