About This Role

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as finance business partner for multiple functional areas. Partner with executive team member(s) to deliver on team’s financial objectives through operational and headcount planning
  • Support consolidated financial planning and forecasting for the full company P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
  • Own compensation, bonus and stock-based compensation modeling. Collaborate with HR and Total Rewards to align compensation planning with financial goals and ensure accurate accruals and projections
  • Build and maintain ROI models for inorganic opportunities such as acquisitions, strategic partnerships and new business models. Lead internal ROI modeling and support prioritization of programs.
  • Support quarterly earnings preparation and board materials, providing insights into key business drivers and variances
  • Drive efficiencies by eliminating manual processes through understanding of the business needs
  • Manage and mentor direct report(s), fostering professional growth and team development
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Experience And Minimum Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Established expertise in corporate FP&A, financial controls, GAAP accounting, financial reporting, and financial systems
  • Expert level financial modelling and analytical skills with strong attention to detail. Experience building ROI models to evaluate inorganic growth initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of compensation and equity planning including collaboration with HR/Total Rewards
  • Proven ability to act as a strategic thinker, aligning financial plans with company goals and business priorities.
  • Experience in a finance role in the medical device, health care services or MedTech industry is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and coach small teams towards achieving organizational goals.
  • Understands key performance measures and indicators that drive reporting and analytics
  • Proven quantitative and critical-thinking skills, with a high level of independent judgment and initiative
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members
  • Demonstrated ability to manage numerous projects and priorities with various deadlines
  • Strength in researching, understanding and succinctly explaining complex transactions and business impact.
  • Ability to find and assemble large volumes of data and inputs, and to organize for strategic decision making with an acute sense of urgency.
  • High degree of integrity to handle confidential assignments.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
  • Ability to work in a remote environment as a sole contributor

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Or Certifications

  • Experience and understanding of Workday’s Adaptive Planning tool
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix environment

Travel Requirements

  • Less than 10% domestic travel required.

Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements

  • Additional hours may be required (exempt positions)

Physical Requirements

  • Normal Office Environment
  • Indoor work in a climate-controlled environment.
  • Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.

Actual compensation may vary depending on job-related factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.

Estimated Pay Range

$135,000.00 - $175,000.00
