Your new role
We are looking for a Legal Specialist to join our team. This is a maternity cover position starting as soon as possible and with an end date of 31 December 2025 but with the option to extend for up to three months. Our team is committed to support our clinical organization with contract negotiations and providing legal advice and guidance on a variety of topics! Your work will consist of drafting, negotiating, interpreting, and amending various contracts related to our global clinical studies, such as clinical trial agreements, confidentiality agreements, master services agreements etc. You will become a partner to the business, working closely with Clinical Operations and other related departments – no two days are alike.
In short, this is a great chance to work alongside dedicated colleagues who support the development of innovative treatments that improve the lives of people living with brain diseases.
Your future team
You will be joining the Clinical R&D Legal team which is part of Life Science & Business Development department, and ultimately a part of the overall Global Legal, Compliance & Sustainability (“GLCS”) function.
GLCS has about 80 colleagues world-wide with various backgrounds, while your team consists of 4 highly skilled colleagues who are both professional and enthusiastic about our mission. We often work independently when supporting the organization, but also prioritize knowledge sharing, continuously improving our processes, and working together to become even better.
The team has a friendly atmosphere, and we try to meet for social events, team meetings and 1:1 meetings as often as possible. Finally, we understand and respect that people have a life outside work. Free time is valuable and working hours are flexible to accommodate that.
The position is based in Valby, Denmark.
