Sales and Showroom Coordinator, Hamburg

To further strengthen our position as a market-leading high-end brand developing, manufacturing and selling upholstery fabrics, Gabriel is expanding in Hamburg.

You now have the chance to join our German team as we are searching for a Sales and Showroom Coordinator based in our modern Hamburg Showroom to support us on our ambitious growth journey.

Main responsibilities
· Support the German sales team by handling inquiries and servicing primarily our German customer base as well as our customers in Austria and Switzerland

· General sales administrative tasks such as registering and following up on customer orders in the ERP system, price agreements etc.

· Welcoming and servicing guests in the showroom as well as coordinating showroom events and activities

· Ensure timely dispatch of all samples

· Keeping the CRM system up to date

You will report to the Business Administration Manager in Bingen and you will be a part of the global Sales Coordinator team consisting of colleagues in similar roles in locations around the world.

The ideal candidate
You are self-motivated with high energy and have an excellent ability to spot customer needs. Experience from a similar role in order handling or customer service is preferred, however, most important is that you possess the ability to solve problems effectively with a positive attitude. Your proactive and outgoing approach, combined with strong communication skills in German and English, is what characterises you.
