About the job
You will drive the long-range capacity planning process, where volume forecasts and commercial plans are translated into capacity plans. These include costing analysis, make-or-buy decisions, investment plans, and manufacturing footprint scenarios in close collaboration with both specialists and leadership. This role requires a high degree of independent work alongside collaboration with key stakeholders across Operations, Commercial, and R&D areas. Occasional travel is required.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and present long-range capacity plans across our business categories
• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies that align with company goals and objectives
• Develop and maintain our global manufacturing footprint
• Drive Ideation phase of technology and Capacity projects
• Lead our Future Factory forum

Experience & competencies
• Master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in manufacturing development and industrial/Operations strategy.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
