As a Service & Vibe Coordinator you are dedicated to ensuring smooth operations and creating welcoming environments that enhance the workplace experience. In this role, you will help managing daily facilities operations, coordinating internal events and supporting the seamless execution of activities that bring our office culture to life.

Your primary mission is to ensure our spaces are functional, inviting, and aligned with our vibrant company culture. From assisting with events and stocking essentials to ensuring meeting spaces are always ready, you’ll play a key role in keeping things running effortlessly.


DIVE INTO WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY TASKS WILL BE

You will:

  • Support the execution of social and strategic events such as Friday bars, seasonal celebrations, ”just because”-initiatives, Townhalls etc.
  • Take a structured and proactive approach to event planning, ensuring all details are covered and reaching out to relevant stakeholders when needed
  • Prepare, pack, and organize gifts, merchandise, and goodie bags
  • Support & coordinate decoration efforts, from sourcing and installation to takedown, and manage materials from suppliers
  • Maintain workplace communication through posters and updates aligned with the Vibe activity calendar
  • Assist in kitchen operations, including meal prep, snack stocking, and dishwashing, especially during staff absence
  • Oversee coffee machine maintenance, including restocking and cleaning, while ensuring beverage availability
  • Provide meeting support by organizing refreshments, setting up spaces, and maintaining cleanliness
  • Handle facilities tasks such as vehicle servicing, stock replenishment, and general organization of storage spaces

  • Have a hands-on approach, with a knack for both planning and executing practical tasks
  • Are fluent in Danish & English, both spoken and written
  • Have strong communication skills, both visually and verbally, with an ability to create engaging internal materials
  • Bring a creative mindset and thrive on generating new ideas – almost bubbling over with inspiration for how to make our events, office spaces, and activities even more engaging
  • Have a keen eye for design and strong skills in preparing graphics for posters, internal communication materials, and event visuals
  • Take the initiative to identify improvement areas and implement solutions that enhance workplace experience
