QA Student Assistant, GCP & GVP

We are looking for a Student Assistant for our department GCP Quality & GVP Quality. GCP Quality & GVP Quality team are supporting any aspect of GCP & GVP quality related matters and issues. The team is managing GCP & GVP audits and the correlated activities: planning, performing and follow up of audits. You will be working primarily with the GCP Quality & GVP Quality team in DK. Here you will get the opportunity to work side-by-side with highly experienced GCP & GVP auditors and GCP & GVP quality professionals overseeing the performance and compliance of GCP & GVP quality system.

The primary responsibilities include entering audit findings and CAPA into our quality management system, support Quality related meetings by writing minutes. However, as we are continuously developing, the job can evolve to include other tasks e.g., Support improvement of the document filing structure / archiving of GVP related documents.

Responsibilities

• Entering audit findings and CAPAs into our QMS - Veeva
• Support meetings by writing meeting minutes
• Support improvement of systems and processes e.g., GVP document filing
• Other day-to-day tasks, to the quality system and quality processes

Requirements

• A strong scientific mindset
• Proficient in English and Danish
• Studying natural science e.g., pharmacy, engineering or similar
• Ability to work min. 10 -15 hours per week on site

You can work independently and can run with a task with little supervision. You are detail-oriented, systematic, and structured, a self-starter, and learn at a quick pace. You are adaptable and not afraid to learn from your mistakes.  You are conscientious about your tasks, solution-oriented and focused on meeting deadlines.
