Sales Executive / KAM
location: Gdynia, Warszawa
Position Description
Implementing individual sales plans for maritime, railway, and air transport services
Acquiring new clients and organizing sales meetings
Building and maintaining good relationships with potential and existing clients
Conducting sales negotiations with clients for potential cooperation
Preparing sales offers
Analyzing the market, trends, and competition to recommend new development directions
Collaborating with operational and sales teams to ensure the highest quality of services
Must Have
Experience in sales of maritime, railway, and air freight services
Minimum of two years of sales experience
Focus on achieving set goals
Responsibility for completing assigned tasks
Ability to build relationships with internal and external clients
Highly developed interpersonal skills
Very good organizational skills
Higher education
Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
Driver's license category B
Knowledge of Windows environment, MS Office

Employment based on B2B contract or employment contract
Basic salary 8000 - 14000 PLN (depending on experience)
