The Position: 

BI & Analytics Officer:  The successful candidate will report to the BI & Analytics Department Manager of the Company.

Responsibilities:

• Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions.
• Design and deliver reports that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics using various Business Intelligence (BI) and statistical tools, based on the deadlines set.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report them to the relevant Divisions.
• Support the divisions in their day-to-day work either through creating reports or by solving problems related to the Department’s responsibilities.
• Prepare results analysis and recommend improvement measures.
• Review of reporting deliverables with regards to their correctness and relevance.
• Participate in meetings with the authorities or external servicers.
• Design and present presentations on targets and results to the relevant Divisions.
• Assist in other relevant tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics and/or Master’s Degree in the field of MIS or other relevant field.
• Relevant proven work experience in similar duties.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills including use of Excel and MS Office programs.
• Knowledgeable with BI/analytical systems and overall knowledge on report building.
• Previous experience in SAS Enterprise Guide can be considered as an advantage.
• Excellent problem solving and quantitative skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal relations with proven communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to handle pressure.
