NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EU funded project called: Governance and financing models for the 3 REHs in Iasi, Cluj and Craiova and is searching for experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.
Location: The operational base of the project is Bucharest.
Duration: The intended start date is July 2025 and the services shall be provided for a period of 14 months from this date.
Key Expert: Senior Health Economics Expert, Team Leader for Financing Component
☝️ Qualifications and skills:
- At least bachelor’s degree level or academic equivalent in one of the following fields: Medicine, Economics, Health Economics, Public Health, Health Policy, Health Management.
- Post graduate degree (Master or PhD) in Health Economics or health Management shall be considered as a strong asset.
- Very good command of English (CEFR C1).
- Very good abilities to build and maintain relations and network with regional/local authorities and other stakeholders across the relevant sectors shall be considered an asset.
- Strong communication skills (including skills needed for moderating meetings/workshops) shall be considered an asset.
- Strong leadership skills shall be considered an asset.
☝️ General professional experience:
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in health sector.
- Project management experience and international working experience shall be considered as an important asset.
- Participation in WHO training courses or other internationally recognized coursed on health management and health economics shall be considered an asset.
☝️ Specific professional experience:
- Minimum 5 years of specific experience in providing guidance to national/regional/local authorities or managers of healthcare providers in the following fields: hospital Financing, hospital accounting.
- Experience in at least 2 projects on health financing / budgeting / modelling projects.
- Specific experience in health economics in one or more EU member states.
- Experience in at least one public health project at international level implemented by an international financing institutions (e.g. EIB, EBRD, WB, ADB) or international organisations (e.g. EC, WHO) shall be considered as an important asset.
- Experience in moderating technical working groups and/or coordination of healthcare stakeholders will be considered an asset.
