The global Digital Manager will be responsible for leading the execution of Medison’s global digital strategy, ensuring the seamless integration of digital initiatives across different markets. This role involves close collaboration with local market teams, commercial teams, medical, compliance, and other cross-functional departments to ensure the delivery of optimal customer engagement, experience, and omnichannel capabilities. The successful candidate will have a passion for innovation, a deep understanding of digital marketing and technology, and the ability to lead transformation efforts in a highly regulated industry.

Responsibilities
- Lead the Digital Strategy: Drive the global digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with Medison’s overall business goals. Lead the roll-out of digital capabilities across markets, ensuring consistency and high standards in digital execution.
- Digital Customer Engagement: Work closely with local teams to develop and optimize customer engagement strategies, including multi and omni-channel campaigns, leveraging digital tools to enhance customer experiences.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner with local commercial, medical, and global cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, compliance, regulatory) to ensure the integration of digital solutions that support business objectives.
- Monitor and Optimize Digital Campaigns: Analyze and interpret data from digital campaigns to assess performance and make recommendations for improvement. Ensure campaigns are optimized to achieve maximum impact and ROI.
- Innovative Digital Solutions: Identify emerging digital technologies and trends that can drive innovation and differentiation in the marketplace. Apply technical acumen to adopt new tools such as AI, machine learning, and digital health applications where appropriate.
- Project Management: Manage multiple digital projects simultaneously, overseeing the execution and ensuring timelines are met across different markets and time zones.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with local and global regulations, including industry-specific laws regarding pharmaceutical marketing and data privacy.
Requirements
- Masters degree required in business or digital communication. Advanced degree in business, and/or management, digital/ e-commerce marketing
- Strong work tenure: 5-10 years of related experience required in working in a global/regional digital role in the pharma industry
- Expertise in digital transformation, including leading digital initiatives and driving adoption of new digital tools and technologies within the organization.
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing techniques, including content creation, SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, analytics, and website management.
- Familiarity with digital platforms such as CRM systems, digital campaign tools, and marketing automation tools.
- Results oriented individual who can see gaps in delivery
- Fluent English verbal and in written
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing, tailored to the pharma industry.
- Data Analytics: Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decisions and improve digital marketing effectiveness. Familiarity with data analytics tools and platforms is essential.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously, often across different time zones and markets.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of the regulatory environment in the pharmaceutical industry, including compliance with laws related to digital marketing, data privacy (like GDPR), and promotion of pharmaceutical products.
- Stakeholder Management: Skills in managing relationships with stakeholders across various functions and regions, including commercial, medical, IBT, compliance, regulation and FF teams.
- Technical Acumen: Understanding of the latest digital technologies and how they can be utilized within the pharmaceutical industry, such as AI, machine learning, and digital health applications.
- Innovative Thinking: Ability to identify and leverage new digital opportunities that align with business goals and regulatory frameworks.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate digital strategies and results to stakeholders at all levels.
- Leadership: Experience in leading and motivating teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Customer-centric Mindset: A strong focus on understanding and meeting the needs of HCPs, patients, and other stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem.
