Job Summary 

The Junior Engineer is responsible for contributing to the development of innovative projects. He/She will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers. The role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic engineering environment.  

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Research conduction and data collection to support engineering projects and initiatives

• Assistance in the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, and reports 

• Performance of tests, simulations, and analysis to evaluate the performance and reliability of engineering designs

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to improve existing products or processes

• Support the implementation and maintenance of engineering processes and standards

• Assistance in troubleshooting and resolving of technical issues that may arise during the development or production phase

• Completion of assigned tasks within established timelines and budgets while maintaining high-quality standards

• Technical Teams Coordination 

• Quality Control Procedures

• Health and Safety Coordination

Requirements 

• A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) 

• Previous Experience in the field will be considered as an advantage

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with engineering software and tools specific to the industry or field of specialization

• Any additional certifications or training related to engineering will be a plus

• A strong academic record with a focus on engineering coursework 

• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles, concepts, and methodologies

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely 

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment as well as independently when required

• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Adaptability and willingness to learn and develop new skills

• Basic knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
