Summary
ACE Networks, a full-service Information Solution provider, is looking for Customer Support Technicians (IT) to join the Limassol team.
Responsibilities:
Receive support requests via phone and record them to the ticketing system
Resolve support requests remotely or on-site in a timely manner with the assistance of the rest of the technical team, if required
Escalate issues, if unable to resolve issue quickly.
Install and configure hardware operating systems and applications.
Qualifications & Experience:
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
Very good knowledge of computer hardware
Fluency in English
Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or any relevant field will be considered an advantage

Good Communication Skills
Team Player
Eager to learn
Ability to work shifts, 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, and 22:00-06:00, including weekends and public holidays.
