Zwicker is presently seeking a Managing Attorney with experience in civil litigation experience in a fast-paced environment to lead the team in our Tempe, Arizona office. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader, proven to be a successful motivator of people and manager of processes. Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities are required. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, a self-starter, detail oriented, and driven to perform. The ability to utilize spreadsheets to organize and analyze data is a requirement.
The successful candidate will manage litigation operations, staff, and associate attorneys working through the portfolio of assigned accounts/cases for designated states. Effective mentorship of associate attorneys in the practice of law is essential. Training on, monitoring of, and enforcement of production and compliance requirements for all staff is required. Representation of clients in civil litigation matters and negotiations, as well as drafting and approving legal documents and pleadings will be routine. The successful candidate will advise clients and firm management of state specific laws, rules, and regulatory issues as related to the assigned portfolio of accounts or other litigation related matters.
