As Zwicker continues to grow, we are seeking reliable, dynamic, driven individuals, preferably with experience in a fast-paced customer service oriented, call center, or collections environment to join our dynamic team in our Tempe, AZ office. This exciting opportunity allows for eligible applicants to begin an optional remote working arrangement after the completion of 90 days of in-office training. Applicants must complete all training, demonstrate acceptable performance and behavior, have the ability to work in a private location with stable internet service and comply with all telecommuting guidelines as well as firm policies. Applicants should preferably live in or around our Tempe, AZ location for direct access to supervisors and on-site training when or as needed.

Compensation is $17-$20 per hour, depending on experience, uncapped bonus potential.

Responsibilities include:

• Establish contact with borrowers to discuss delinquencies and ability/willingness to pay and to identify the appropriate repayment programs/options available to them
• Record accurate and detailed notes; update account status and card member’s information into computer system
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly performance goals, deadlines and objectives
• Comply with policies and procedures of Zwicker & Associates, P.C.
• Comply with FDCPA and state consumer protection laws
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one-year experience in a fast-paced customer service oriented, call center, or collections environment
• Above average administrative and phone skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Well organized, results driven
• Effective decision-making skills
• Strong listening, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Collections experience
• Previous call center experience in a variety of customer service industries such as loan origination, telemarketing, banking, insurance sales etc.
• Bilingual written & oral
• Knowledge of the FDCPA and state consumer protection laws

Physical Qualifications:

• Be able to lift five pounds or greater
• Be able to sit 90% of the work day at times
• Be able to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed
• Be able to read and comprehend position specific documents and correspondence
• Be able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing
• Be able to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device
• Be able to complete a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule

This is a full time, full benefit position.
