Zwanger & Pesiri Radiology Group is Hiring a Desktop Support Near Lindenhurst, NY
Education and Experience:
• Associate degree in related field (or 1 years' Experience)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or related field
• Experience working in a healthcare setting, and familiarity with radiology equipment, software,
and examinations is a plus
• Relevant industry Certifications is a plus (ex: CompTIA A , ITIL)
Skills and Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with professional courtesy and
effective communication techniques.
• Troubleshoot problems with staff in systems such as:
o RIS (Radiology Information Systems)
o PACS (Picture Archiving Communication System)
o Speech-to-text dictation system for radiologists
o Windows OS
o Microsoft 365
o Custom ZP applications
