zTrip is Hiring a Part Time Route Dispatcher Near Indianapolis, IN
Become part of the Transportation Revolution! We are looking for an experienced Route Dispatcher. This position will help in dispatching our drivers, working with our customers and overall have great ability to help over the phone. THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION 6PM-9PM SUNDAY - THURSDAY AND EVERY OTHER SATURDAY!

Your Job Responsibilities of a Route Dispatcher:
- Manage the day-to-day functions of our drivers by dispatching, monitoring, tracking, and communicating with them.
- Implement our quality-driven process to exceed our customers' expectations.
- Ensure our operations plan is followed and report any deviations to the customer in a timely manner.
- Mentor drivers as needed by setting clear expectations regarding safety, compliance, and on-time performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our drivers and customers.
- Must be able to think out of the box.
Qualifications of a Route Dispatcher:
- Computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word is required.
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Fast Paced Environment-Need people that take initiative instead of waiting for direction.
