Our company is rapidly growing, and we are expanding our group of mechanics. If you love organizing, working on small engines, equipment, and trucks, we need you to help keep our fleet running!

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment to appropriate specifications.
• Inspect, analyze, troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform repairs for all equipment.
• Work on pickups, heavy trucks, trailers, turf equipment, and a variety of small equipment and compact diesel equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Proactively assist our staff in achieving the organization's goals.
• Order parts and maintain a cost-conscious inventory of operating supplies for field staff and daily shop operations.
• Assist in maintaining our facilities.
• Be cost-conscious.
• Keep our fleet and staff running profitably, safely, and efficiently.
• Be a team player and work independently when needed.
• Be open to new training opportunities and certifications to better themselves and those around them.

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand repair manuals.
• Completed high school, GED, or a combination of training and/or experience.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Entry-level knowledge of vehicle systems and basic vehicle and equipment maintenance experience.
• Diesel equipment experience is preferred.
• Ability to schedule, organize, and prioritize.
