Responsibilities
DUTIES and SPECIFICATIONS:
The Digital Marketer / Marketing Associate position will include but are not limited to the below responsibilities:
- Carry-out implementation strategies and processes on digital mediums.
- Maintain timelines and be able to hit target deployment dates for marketing campaigns to meet and exceed internal & client expectations.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with a team and clients in person, on calls, and on webinars.
- Ability to strategize solutions to ensure each property hits occupancy goals, as well as, thoroughly review campaigns to ensure consistent optimization is completed.
- Responsible for updating digital marketing channels to ensure accuracy.
- Be able to learn new programs and software to promote strategies and technologies for the company.
- Be available for occasional travel out-of-town for meetings and educational conferences.
SKILLS and ABILITIES:
- Excited to learn and implement new technologies
- Must have exceptional communication skills
- Possess excellent time management skills
- Have the ability to meet tight deadlines and perform under pressure
- Ability to take direction and follow through on assignments
- Have proficiency in various digital marketing platforms such as: Google, Facebook, and more
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Digital marketing & general marketing experience
- Ability to demonstrate expertise with an assessment project
