The Job

The Recruiter position is responsible for attracting the best talent to ZoomCare. The Recruiter creates a robust candidate pipeline and delivers on ZoomCare hiring targets for a variety of open requisitions. The Recruiter may have a specific regional or position focus, but recruits for any role as needed, including but not limited to Specialist Physicians, Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Help Team Associates, Clinic Associates, Billing Associates, Corporate Team Members, and Technology Team Members.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

  • Create compelling recruiting posts including language about the ZoomCare mission, vision and values, exciting aspects of the role, opportunities to grow with us, and an energy that is infectious.
  • Develop recruiting campaigns to deliver a robust highly qualified and interested candidate pool. 
  • Places approved job advertisements on multiple provider websites, networks with and contacts providers, and leverages information from professional job sites.
  • Manage new hires through full cycle recruitment (source/interview/offer.
  • Schedule candidate phone screens and interviews.
  • Create meaningful relationships with hiring managers and collaborate to hire the best candidates in a timely fashion.
  • Use JobVite to capture data about the candidate pool, including where they learned about the open role, days to hire, reasons for self selecting out, reasons for declining offers and more.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for external and internal applicants providing important information and answering questions as needed.
  • Present and negotiate (if necessary) job offers within the parameters established for each role.
  • Launch employee onboarding process in JobVite and help to ensure that all candidates are engaged in their pre-boarding work to ensure that they can attend Day One Orientation on the agreed upon start-date.
  • Develop and maintain effective and professional communications with all candidates.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of compensation analysis and plans.
  • Assist with the strategy behind the hiring needs, including staff augmentation, staff development and business planning.
  • Ensure compliance with practice protocols, policies and procedures and state and federal laws and regulations when handling sensitive candidate data and administering pre-employment screening requirements.
  • Assist as necessary with special projects assigned to the team.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING

*Must have experience recruiting providers*

  • Two (2) years recruitment experience in healthcare, hospital or clinic setting required
  • Understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of candidates
