Comp: $50,000-60,000 based on experience with $10k in annual bonus potential

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Campus Managers supervise instructors and support our students to graduate and launch their new careers as dental and medical assistants. Campus Managers have a strong commitment to our mission of producing freedom through education and possess a willingness to do whatever it takes to ensure our students succeed. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Support students to prepare and attend their program
• Build strong, nurturing relationships with students
• Increase graduation rate through supporting students to be successful in their program
• Assist students to find externships and jobs
• Identify students who need additional support and work to support them to successfully complete the program
• Assist company in promotional efforts for your school
• Attend industry and community events on behalf of Zollege and its schools
• Recruit, onboard, train, observe, coach, schedule, and manage instructors
• Implement observation and performance management system for instructors
• Visit classes for face-time with instructors and students at a regular cadence
• Be “on-call” each Saturday to support successful Saturday classes
• Ensure instructors and students have the required materials to successfully complete the program
• Maintain local hiring partnership relationships
• Coach and mentor students in interviewing, resume writing, and applying for jobs
• Complete reporting duties, site inspections, and all other compliance-related requirements
• Follow all and ensure team is following all company policies and procedures
• Lead the students in your schools to success: 90% graduation rate, 80% job placement rate, and high student and instructor satisfaction scores

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Management experience (3 years)
• Previous experience working in a CRM (3 years)
• Customer service experience (3 years)
• Multi-site management
• Working on a computer with email, cloud-based software, etc. (5 years)
• Dispute resolution experience
• Ability to maintain a calm demeanor under pressure
• Problem solving
• Adaptability

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Previous sales experience preferred. 
• Experience in Hubspot
• Experience in adult education
• Dental and/or medical office management experience
• Experience managing a remote team is a plus!

This role requires an understanding of working in and with a virtual workforce. All applicants are expected to be successful working independently in a virtual setting.
