JOB SUMMARY:

ZIVARO is looking for a summer intern to be part of the Capture and Contracts department. This is a paid summer internship beginning in mid-May and ends mid-August. As a summer intern you will be able to experience ZIVARO’s culture by attending a summer BBQ, company events and learn an exciting skill set you will be able to take with you. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pulling documents from both hard copy and soft copy locations. Have the ability to review very specific information that needs pulled out of each document.
• Conducts research, analyzes data and information from a variety of sources, and communicates results orally and in writing
• Researches and gathers documentation as requested
• Establishes and maintains office records of various types
• Purges and disposes of records and files in accordance with established procedures
• Provides administrative support to the office and ongoing initiatives or projects
• Inputs information, data, and records into databases
• Collaborates with team members to support the business objectives of the office

QUALIFICATIONS: 

ZIVARO is looking for a person who is currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a bachelor's degree program focusing on business administration or relevant field. Ideally, this person is enthusiastic, passionate and excited to learn. This person should be organized, has excellent interpersonal skills, and proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines. If you are willing to exceed expectations and have a good attitude- this role may be for you!

U.S. Citizenship is required for most positions at Zivaro, due to security clearance and government/federal contracts held by Zivaro.
