We are seeking to hire an experienced Regional Director of Operations to join our team.

Regional Director of Operations Expectations:
- Management of administrative operations and personnel
- Defining, implementing, and revising operational policies and guidelines for the organization
- Working with the human resources department to create job descriptions, hire competent personnel and oversee employee training programs
Overseeing client support services
Liaising with departmental heads to develop financial plans and ensure company-wide operational compliance

Requirements:
- Ideal candidate should be comfortable creating budgets and financial plans for large organizations.
- 5 years of experience managing a complex enterprise's human resources, finances, operations, or strategies.
- Proficient operational and financial acumen
- Outstanding organizational skills
