MDSCoordinator Expectations:

• Maintains current MDS status of each patient/resident
• Communicates schedule to all other departments and families, as required
• Maintains proficiency in software programs for MDS completion and can utilize appropriate reports
• Monitors clinical systems for changes in patient/resident condition.

Requirements:

• Must be a college graduate; BSN is preferred
• Valid state license(s)
• Must have a minimum of two years direct hands-on nursing experience
• At least one-year MDS experience.
• Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination or exemption
