Job Description

Position Summary

The primary role The Video Technicians will be in charge of all aspects involving the setup and operation of Video Switchers, Cameras, ProPresenter and PTZ Cameras in Live/Hybrid/Virtual Events. For each assigned Event, they will review preliminary details to set up equipment, review events run through and assist with any additional set up needed - working with the Director and the rest of the Team to ensure proper coordination and smooth execution. 

Essential Duties

  • Work closely with the Video Director to set up all video equipment for any events that team has been assigned to work
  • Assignment of different tasks, depending upon the need of an event
  • ProPresenter or camera operator
  • Setup and breakdown of any equipment needs for events
  • Maintain equipment on tech days assigned 
  • Attend conference calls to associated with upcoming events

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills

Experience with Video Switchers, PTZ Cameras, Live/Hybrid/Virtual events, Video Conferencing and Video Production.
