We offer competitive pay plus benefits. We also pay out a quarterly bonus that's easy to achieve, $1,000 quarterly based on meeting simple KPIs.
We also pay out $125 per renewal that's shared by all employees at the property, those are paid out on monthly basis. We also pay out an annual Christmas Bonus.
About the Job:
The Property Manager is fully accountable for all property operations. The purpose of the Property Manager is to effectively manage and coordinate persons, activities, and available resources in order to accomplish property objectives as set forth by the Regional Manager and company owner. These objectives will include maximizing occupancy levels and property values. In addition, the Property Manager will train the Assistant Property Manager to assume all duties of the Property Manager in the event of the Property Manager’s absence.
Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other applicable federal, state, and local laws.
In conjunction with the Regional Manager, the Property Manager will assist in the formulation of budgets for each upcoming calendar year. The Property Manager is responsible for staying within the established budget guidelines throughout the year.
The Property Manager will also be expected to perform the following duties:
  • Maintains a positive customer service attitude and communicates with all residents and handles resident complaints or issues as they arise.
  • Physically walks and inspects property on a regular basis.
  • Welcomes and shows property to prospective new residents.
  • Also, handles incoming phone calls from prospective new residents and completes appropriate paperwork.
  • Conducts safety training with all new employees immediately upon hire.
  • Completes Property Inspections on a timely basis and furnishes applicable reports to Regional Manager.
  • Performs additional duties or tasks as assigned by the Regional Manager.
Qualifications:
  • Must-Have Yardi experience.
  • The position requires at least three years of experience in on-site property management.
  • Must have a background in supervision and a successful track record of accomplishments.
  • Must have a good command of English to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with customers, potential customers, other employees, vendors, company management, etc.
Computer Skills:
Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi Voyager or other similar programs.
Medical, Dental, Vision after 90 days of employment. PTO and discount on rent are applicable.
