Role: Senior IT Project Manager
Location: Folsom, NJ (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract (6 Months)

Summary

Client is looking for a Senior IT project Manager to handle hands-on activities for a multi-phase RNG Farms initiative. This role will take day-to-day direction from the RNG Farms Program Manager but will be required to work independently and drive for results. This role reports directly into the Director, IT Planning & Governance. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, able to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing priorities.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage Budget

Manage monthly spend (e.g., invoice oversight, labor, actuals vs. forecast)

Manage IT costs in applicable tracking systems.

Manage Delivery

Manage ~20-30 individual implementation plans.

Manage implementation plans multiple cross functional workstreams.

Organize and lead cross functional meetings.

Manage Communications & Reporting

Manage daily/weekly/monthly delivery and financial reports.

Manage resource plans for project delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow's ITBM/SPM Portfolio Management software.

Familiarity with Renewable Energy projects.

Familiarity with SCADA/OT Systems

Minimum Qualifications

5-7 years performing as a Sr. Project Manager in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Proven proficiency in dealing effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholder groups.

Hands-on experience managing project budgets, resources plan, project plans and status reports.

Excellent facilitation and communication skills
