To achieve our vision, we are searching for ambitious Operations Associates who have a Bachelor’s Degree and who ideally speak Spanish along with proven organizational abilities and a high attention to detail. The position title will be commensurate with candidate experience relative to Zeta’s organizational levels.

Deliver powerful results

As an Operations Associate, you will support our team to ensure a high-standard of operational brilliance throughout the school building and to create whole school systems that maximize efficiency. With support from the Operations Director, you will execute all day-to-day and long-term school purchasing and inventory while also engaging in short-term and long-term thinking on best operational practices using data and experience. 

Leading up to and throughout the year, you will assist in negotiations with and the management of vendors, especially in support of the student food service program and facilities renovations. You will also assist with student enrollment and student record maintenance throughout the year. 

At all times, you will work to strengthen relationships with students, families, and co-staff to foster a strong school community that is safe and welcoming.

This position has a start date in early Spring of 2023; however, there may an option to start sooner. We provide a top-of-market, competitive compensation and benefits package. Zeta also provides top-of-the-line technology and classroom resources.

Currently, Zeta operates multiple schools, in the South Bronx and Upper Manhattan. We have big growth plans because the educational crisis is massive and requires big solutions.
