Zepf Center is Hiring a Data Manager Near Toledo, OH

Description

Zepf Center has been serving the Lucas County community for nearly 50 years. We are the leading provider of behavioral health and substance use disorder services in Northwest Ohio. Services include adult and child psychiatric, substance abuse, case management, residential, Crisis Care, and therapy programs, as well as career development and wellness services. Zepf Center also offers primary care medical services to our patients to contribute to their continuum of care. Zepf Center is a trauma-informed agency and environment for both patients and staff.

We are currently seeking a part-time Data Manager in the Fatherhood Program to be responsible for overseeing all aspects of NetWORK’s monthly reporting, data collection, balancing of the gift cards, administrative support services, managing data bases, clinical files management, accurately identify appropriate program cost, and collection of data. Collect, create forms, and read and analysis data for the FIRE grant.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides overall coordination of Management Information Systems for the FIRE Program. 
  • Provides training to project staff on federal data base and other software applications including Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, Power Bi)
  • Creates and analyze reports in federal database. 
  • Collects data from Mobility Bridge Assessments and Goal Setting Tools to show trending information.
  • Administers all aspects of data collection, including, processing, analyzing, and reporting as needed to satisfy the data and information requirements of the FIRE Program, and/or regulatory bodies. 
  • Develops, administers, and distributes operation/ outcome reports to agency staff as needed Submitting bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly data to Project Director as well other administrators.
  • Work with evaluator to create data export reports and create excel reports for quarterly QPR narrative and reports that need to be submitted to a federal system.
  • Maintains client’s files. 

Requirements

  • Minimum High school diploma plus five years related MIS and/or accounting experience.
  • BA degree in computer science, accounting, and/or related field plus one year experience preferred.
  • Must have two years advanced proficiency in Microsoft software (professional version) and complex database systems with expertise.
  • Experience in Microsoft office package and Adobe software.

Those eligible to drive the company vehicles must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage as defined by the agency commercial insurance carries. Those who drive personal vehicles in the course of business must be able to provide proof of insurance.
