Zenlayer Inc is Hiring a Remote Sales Manager (Inside Sales)

We are looking for an ENERGETIC, SAVVY, and Bi-Lingual Sales Manager to join our Inside Sales Team! You’ll engage in account management and help expand our existing accounts. This opening is a hunter role at a fast-growing technology company in a highly-competitive industry!

This position is based out of our LA County Diamond Bar office, which operates on a hybrid schedule.

As a Zenlayer Sales Manager, you will:

  • Be the tip of the spear in communications with leads and clients while possessing a general understanding of cloud computing and network infrastructure
  • Make outbound phone calls/emails/remote communication tools to leads who are interested in Zenlayer products
  • Provide information on Zenlayer products on console and selling our products and services
  • Nurture leads from initial registration until the service is delivered and passed onto the post-sale support team (GSC)
  • Perform additional tasks as deemed necessary by the supervisor

What you'll need:

  • Enjoy collaborating across teams and are personable, effective and extraordinarily organized to handle multiple ongoing projects efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Leveraging these skills to clearly share solutions with clients and resolve their concerns.
  • Enjoy working in a high-performance team and thrive in a fast-paced chaotic environment.
  • Have an unwavering positive attitude, strong drive for results, and can easily handle ambiguity.
  • Exceed customer expectations via responsiveness, providing insights, marketplace knowledge, and resolving technical issues by utilizing internal relationships to provide seamless account management to quickly respond to customer requests or escalations.
  • Maintain functional knowledge of new features, products and initiatives across Zenlayer’s ecosystem.
  • Bi-lingual fluency in Mandarin Chinese
  • Interest/experience in cloud technology, media, and/or gaming is a HUGE plus!

Bonus points if you have:

  • 3-5 years managing/growing a portfolio of relationships with enterprise buyers and influencers
  • Basic understanding of computer networking and “how the internet works”
  • Strong phone presence and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Building strong, trusting relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
  • Prior pipeline generation and closing sales experience in strategic selling
  • Managing a full sales process from demand to close for install base of customers
  • Proven track record of performance (top 10-20% of company) in past sales positions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
