Qualifications
- 10 years of experience working on asset backed, mortgage-backed securitization in either private or public sector
- 10 years of knowledge in evaluating existing systems and providing technical direction to IT support staff
- 10 years of experience overseeing the development of customized software and hardware requirement
- 10 years of experience planning and implementing systems automation as required for better efficiency
- 5 years of IV&V project, and program management for a government sector with experience leading multi-year efforts
- 5 years of IV&V project, and program management of at least 3 projects occurring in parallel
- In-depth knowledge and experience of asset backed or mortgage-backed securitization Industry processes
- Experience with Ginnie Mae systems, applications, and operations and/or equivalent in the secondary mortgage capital market
- Experience with the HUD's PPM Life Cycle V2.0
- Extensive experience in providing IV&V user services, specifically in the secondary mortgage market and federal government sector
- Experience in supporting and directing user acceptance testing efforts
- Must have past IV&V experience with large scale modernization efforts within private sector (Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, CSS), and public sector (FHA, VA, PIH and RD)
- Experience with IVV execution must show 100% success rate (No critical / highs/ medium high defects or rollbacks of implemented products/applications)
- Significant experience with industry-standard and best practices regarding quality, quality assurance and quality control principles and techniques
- Knowledge of Infrastructure Operations, including expertise in Cloud services, cloud operations, cloud migration and public, private, hybrid cloud types
- Experience with PeopleSoft and Salesforce applications
- Experience with and business understanding of the Ginnie Mae Mortgage-Backed Securities Guide 5500.3, Rev.1 (MBS Guide) and related processes
- Experience in portfolio program management and project management
- Experience in integrating and implementing Six Sigma principles with quality assurance and IV&V services
