We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Analyst/Scheduler to provide program scheduling for the High-Speed Air Launched Offensive Anti-Surface Warfare (HALO) program in the Effects Deployment Office of the Precision Strike Weapons Program Office (PMA-201) at Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, MD.

The position reports to the HALO Integrated Product Team Lead and interacts directly with HALO IPT, OEM(s), and other PMA-201/NAVAIR personnel.

Responsibilities include:

Planning, developing, updating, and analyzing Integrated Government Schedules (IGS), evaluating Industry data (to include Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Integrated Master Plans (IMP))
• Developing and presenting reports, reviewing Statements of Work (SOW)
• Identifying and analyzing Critical Path tasks, creating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and facilitating meetings

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Seven (7) years of experience
• Experience building program schedules or analyzing data related to programs

• Proficiency with an integrated scheduling tool such as MS Project/MSP

• Experience supporting NAVAIR programs or competency organizations, NAVAIR support contracts or NAVAIR suppliers

Desired Experience:

• Past experience supporting Integrated Master Plans (IMP) or Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
• Earned Value Management experience
